We are a Florida based residential development company focused on providing quality affordable housing to the elderly and family demographic. Over the past 20 years, we have developed over 2,600 affordable senior and family apartments throughout Florida, Georgia and Texas. The overall portfolio includes over $400 million worth of low-income tax credit multi-family housing communities.

Our focus goes beyond the construction of our properties. The residents of our properties deserve to live in a community that embraces them and makes them feel at home. To best achieve that expectation, we partnered up with Leland Enterprises and Shelter Corporation, both of which are full-service property management companies. They have the experience, resources and understanding of how to best meet our resident’s needs in the most effective manner possible. In addition, they ensure that our facilities are well maintained so our communities can serve multiple generations.

To add additional value, we work with local artists to create large pieces of public art that capture the essence of the community through local flora and fauna. This artwork is then permanently displayed on the exterior of the building where both residents and the local community can view. This public art concept has become a signature mark on our affordable communities.
